A collection of photographs taken during the 2007 Ottawa Tulip Ball in May 2007. There is a wonderful history behind tulips and Ottawa...in thanking Canada's involvement in liberating the Netherlands in WWII, Holland donated thousands of tulip bulbs which are used to decorate the capital every spring. The Tulip Ball is the opening of the annual Tulip Festival in Ottawa.
